John joined Apex Realty Advisory in January 2014. He holds a Certified Appraiser License in Pennsylvania and is a Licensed Trainee in Delaware. He is a Candidate for Designation in the Appraisal Institute.
John has experience appraising residential and mixed use subdivisions, industrial properties, multifamily properties, offices, commercial land, and other property types. John graduated from Penn State University and has worked in the industry since 2012.
