  •          Feasibility Analysis  Studies to help decide upon a project’s market support and/or financial viability.
  •          Market and Marketability Studies   Studies are detailed market analyses developed to define and evaluate a target market, and to assess a specific property’s place within that market. Market studies may be required to analyze the highest and best use of a property, the marketability of a specific class of building, the marketing time of a property, the demand that exists within the current market, the costs required to generate a profitable venture, a property’s ability to capture its market share, etc.
  •          Counseling and Advisory Services   Real estate problem solving on a variety of issues including appraisal reviews, arbitration, tax appeals, buy/sell decisions, investment analysis, site selection, expert witness testimony, loan workouts, and litigation support. The Counselors of Real Estate define counseling as “providing competent, disinterested and unbiased advice on diversified problems in the broad field of real estate.” This advice is not off-the-cuff, intuitive, gratuitous or impulsive, but rather is arrived at through careful investigation, discussion and deliberation.
